Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal projects to ensure meeting scope, time, budget and quality expectations
- Work with stakeholders in Supply Chain and Quality to gather requirements
- Manage corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems
- Manage project financials to meet or exceed approved budgets
- Provide reliable financial forecasts to Management
- Manage first level stakeholder relationships
- Lead internal as well as external resources within a predefined area
- Develop benefit documentation and project costing
- Provide performance feedback on project team members
Requirements
- Basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts applied to assignments of limited scope
- Professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience
- Expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment
- Ability to act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts
- Capability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with an expectation of 2 days per week from an HPE office
