About the role
This senior-level role oversees the design, configuration, and management of SAP Material Management (MM) modules within a manufacturing environment. The position focuses on optimizing the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules to support industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of SAP MM solutions across the organization
- Configure and maintain core MM functionalities including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Physical Inventory
- Drive business process improvements within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tight integration between MM and modules such as FI/CO, SD, and PP
- Manage SAP Master Data governance to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the supply chain
- Provide high-level production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues for global end-users
- Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop comprehensive technical documentation and training materials
- Advise business stakeholders on SAP best practices and future S/4HANA roadmap alignment
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in SAP MM configuration and business process architecture
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or full-lifecycle implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and procurement workflows in a manufacturing context
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional project teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving supply chain and inventory discrepancies
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP systems, preferably in an industrial or semiconductor environment
- Professional certification in SAP MM or S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
