About the role
Junior AI Engineers will join the Technology Consulting practice to design and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. The role involves building RAG pipelines, optimizing machine learning models, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise data environments across various cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI solutions and Generative AI applications for enterprise clients
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM orchestration workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing business processes and software architectures
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support large-scale AI model training and real-time inference
- Apply MLOps principles to automate model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
- Develop custom prompts and fine-tune models to meet specific business use cases and performance metrics
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and rapid prototyping for emerging AI technologies
- Prepare and present technical findings and solution architectures to client stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven experience in programming with Python and associated data science libraries
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate
- Experience with SQL and big data technologies like Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Basic understanding of CI/CD practices and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex technical challenges
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences
