Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing time between advising stakeholders and managing a team of professionals.
  • Support business development activities such as Proposal Development and Pre-sales.
  • Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues and clients from a diverse range of cultures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or other relevant discipline.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNC.
  • Experience in Team and Stakeholder management as well as support in business development activities.
  • Strong understanding of risk management processes including risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in facilitating risk assessment workshops.
  • Experience in developing risk management governance structures to ensure compliance across diverse environments.
  • Ability to consult and develop remediation options and risk mitigation solutions for varied stakeholders.
  • Practical experience and understanding of technology and business processes in providing risk assurance.
  • Strong project management skills including agile and design-thinking methods.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Risk Management Professional.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated agility, adaptability, and lateral thinking in a rapidly changing industry.
  • Confidence to give professional advice often with limited information both verbally and in writing.
