Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide direct post‑sales on‑site technical support for customers.
  • Align business and technical solutions with customer needs and ensure they are met.
  • Contribute to total customer experience, revenue growth, profitability, and account retention.
  • Apply foundational principles and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
  • Act as a team member by providing analysis, recommendations, and exercising independent judgment within defined parameters.

Requirements

  • Specialized training, education, or prior experience in relevant technical fields.
  • Ability to deliver reactive and proactive support in accordance with SLA requirements.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to work on‑site at customer locations.
  • Team collaboration skills and ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Knowledge of software services, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
