About the role
This role involves leading SAP FI-CO implementation and transformation projects for clients, managing the full lifecycle from initial business analysis through post-go-live support. The candidate will provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA and ECC configurations, design financial business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business models, requirements, and pain points to prepare a plan for project execution
- Explain best practices to clients and challenge mindset regarding SAP customization
- Conduct workshops across all finance processes and articulate design decisions such as chart of accounts structure
- Provide SAP or non-SAP solutions to unique business scenarios based on industry experience
- Prepare deliverables including blueprint documentation, change impact assessment, and Fit/Gap analysis
- Educate clients on SAP configuration needs and perform configurations in SAP
- Write Functional design documents for add-on requirements and communicate with developers for build activities
- Write test scripts and scenarios, facilitate UAT, and identify defects for resolution
- Prepare training materials and conduct mass user training (TTT / EUT)
- Create data strategy for master and transactional data and assist in data cleansing and transformation
Requirements
- 5-15 years of experience with Finance business process and technology
- Minimum 5 years of Consulting or Professional Services background
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC FI-CO
- Expertise in Enterprise structure design and Finance Master data
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Statutory reporting
- Knowledge of Tax, Treasury, and Profitability Analysis / Management Reporting
- Strong cross functional understanding with PP, MM, and SD modules
- Knowledge of Consolidation & Elimination technology such as SAP Group reporting is preferred
- Knowledge of FP&A processes and technology like SAP Analytics Cloud or BPC is preferred
- Experience with Account Reconciliations tools such as Blackline or High Radius is preferred
- Familiarity with allocations knowledge using PaPM or similar tools
- Understanding of Advanced Statutory reporting using Workiva or SAP ACR
