Job Summary

This entry-level role supports customer enquiries and retail transactions while learning to handle premium merchandise and collectible products in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email to provide timely and accurate assistance
  • Deliver precise product and pricing information to support informed customer decisions
  • Process sales transactions, including order entry and payment handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform administrative tasks such as service follow-ups, exchanges, and maintaining documentation to support customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details for reporting and reference

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous for customer interactions in relevant contexts
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
