Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Operate & monitor High Pressure Boiler/ Gas Turbine/ Steam Turbine and Demin Plant/ERP/Wastewater plant

- Able to understand logic.

- Have awareness about the HSSE practices in the process plants.

- Ability to read and trace P&ID

- Able to understand Kraftwerk Kennzeichen System 

- Understands overall plant process, different utilities and customers

- Perform Shutdown, Isolation and preparation of equipment for Maintenance activities.

- Perform Normalisation and preparation for Start Up.

- Perform routine inspections and identify and report defects

- Perform routine burner Gun cleaning (FO and waste liquids)

- Adjust blowdown and chemical feed based on water/steam quality

- Perform continuous monitoring of boiler parameters through trend and alarms

- Perform boiler start ups, swingovers, and line up/charge up the steam header

- Perform boiler shutdown

- Perform corrective actions to process upsets (boiler trips, burner trips, FD fan trips,etc)

- Monitor and evaluate boiler performance and detect anomalies, and respond accordingly

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum Diploma with relevant engineering qualification

- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in power plant

- Strong analytical skills, Team player with strong communication / interpersonal skills.
