Senior Consultant in Transaction & Corporate Finance focusing on due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory for financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support clients in strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Outstanding financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
- 3-5 years of work experience is required in Financial Audit , Transaction Services , or Private Equity, Preferably with significant exposure to Financial Services clients (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc); knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc) is preferred.
