Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and responsibility for the success of small to mid-size projects.
- Identify variation orders and interpret customer change requests.
- Track and report project progress to customers and management.
- Control costs, monitor, forecast, and ensure financial commitments are met.
- Attend customer meetings and follow up on inquiries.
- Support Project Managers in large/complex project situations.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Degree.
- 3 – 5 years of working experience.
- Project Management in System integration and building management system or ACMV system.
- Familiarity with BMS, Mechanical and ACMV control.
- Innovative and passionate for Energy Efficiency and Building Management.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
