Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and responsibility for the success of small to mid-size projects.
  • Identify variation orders and interpret customer change requests.
  • Track and report project progress to customers and management.
  • Control costs, monitor, forecast, and ensure financial commitments are met.
  • Attend customer meetings and follow up on inquiries.
  • Support Project Managers in large/complex project situations.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related Degree.
  • 3 – 5 years of working experience.
  • Project Management in System integration and building management system or ACMV system.
  • Familiarity with BMS, Mechanical and ACMV control.
  • Innovative and passionate for Energy Efficiency and Building Management.
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
