Requirements
- What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Master's degree or PhD in Power Electronics, Semiconductor Devices or Applied Physics is strongly preferred Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in power supply and power electronics design, development, or advanced R&D Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: High ‑ power AC ‑ DC, DC ‑ DC, or DC ‑ AC power supply design Wide Bandgap (SiC/GaN) device application and characterization High‑frequency and high‑power-density converter design Power module and magnetics design and evaluation Power supply application engineering for industrial or energy systems Proven end‑to‑end product development experience, taking power supply technologies from concept, architecture definition, and prototyping through qualification, certification, and commercial product release.
- Experience working in or directly supporting industries such as renewable energy, energy storage systems (ESS), EV charging, industrial automation, UPS, data center power infrastructure, or grid‑connected power electronics
