Key Responsibilities

- About the role - you will: Work closely with C&E leadership and teammates to proactively advance Seagate's global C&E Program.
- Manage a portfolio of global compliance and ethics matters to support business teams.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of key compliance policies, processes, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
- Track and analyze the impact of existing and new regulations in key compliance areas.
Requirements
- About you: Law degree or equivalent, with admission to practice law and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a C&E attorney role, demonstrating leadership in global compliance initiatives, including APAC, EMEA and the US.
- Ability to deliver efficient, practical, effective solutions for global compliance programs and incidents.
- Ability to exercise independent, risk-based judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Your experience includes: Leading global compliance programs.
- Expertise in ABAC, antitrust, supply chain compliance, third party risk, including US experience.
