Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEAS team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business objectives and professional growth
- Develop and implement the country-specific growth plan for SEAS, driving business expansion and increasing market share in the apps and gaming sectors
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key apps and gaming partners, ensuring their success and aligning their growth with SellSide's strategic goals
- Serve as the primary liaison for SellSide teams, collaborating with cross-functional leads to build a local ecosystem and execute strategic initiatives
- Act as the SEAS apps leader, ensuring smooth, efficient, and localized execution of business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, marketing, or related commercial field
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships
- 15 years of experience in sales/marketing delivering success through influence at scale internally/externally with customers/partners
- Experience in coaching sales managers/sellers, and leading an organization through direct report
- Experience presenting to clients/stakeholders, and collaborating in various cross-functional teams
- Experience in relevant industries such as media/technology sales, agency, or client side sales leadership
- Knowledge of Google's advertising products and services, as well as the competitive landscape in which they operate
- Ability to communicate in a SEAS language (i.e., Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian) fluently to support client relationship management in this region
