About the role

The SAP HCM Lead at EY oversees complex SAP Time Management implementation projects and business transformation initiatives. This senior consulting role focuses on requirement gathering, to-be design configuration, and technical team leadership to deliver sustainable business results for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a technical team leader to contribute in SAP HCM Time implementation projects
  • Lead teams in the business transformation and managed services tracks of SAP engagements
  • Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to finalize to-be design
  • Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts
  • Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives
  • Manage planning and monitoring of project deliverables from the team
  • Mentor the project team in executing identified project tasks
  • Provide regular status reporting to Management and onsite coordinators

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of SAP HCM Time experience including minimum 2 end-to-end implementations
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related disciplines with ideally 15 years of total working experience
  • Extensive experience handling Time management scenarios including Work schedule rules, absences, and attendances
  • In-depth knowledge of configuration for Absence/Attendance Quotas and standard time reports
  • Proficiency in both positive and negative time management in SAP
  • Strong technical knowledge of Time Schema and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)
  • Hands-on experience with CATS timesheet functionality
  • Strong understanding of the integration between SAP Time and Payroll modules
  • Knowledge of SAP FIORI apps and interfacing with third-party tools for time data
  • Understanding and experience of software integration best practices
  • Excellent business communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
