The consultant will support a large client through a learning transformation, analyzing needs, redesigning processes, and improving program effectiveness. The role requires strong business or HR education, relevant certifications, and experience in learning design and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with a large client to help them get the most out of their people
- Use knowledge and experience to help the client transform its learning practices
- Support the client in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts
- Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve resource efficiency
- Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 (preferred)
- Prior experience in learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics
- Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders
- Passion to create a positive learning culture and to coach and develop team members and clients
- Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Highly motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing environment
- Effective communicator and confident team player who collaborates across teams
