Key Responsibilities
- Target Accounts Management : Manage some of target accounts to increase share of wallets for all Schneider Electric offers and solutions Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions accordingly.
- DC Ecosystem players management: Build and maintain good relationships with consultants, contractors and other M&E partners to identify opportunities and prescribe Schneider solutions Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and operations) and cross-BU sales teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

- Engineering, Business, or related field +5-8yrs Proven experience managing cloud service provider & Telco communication customers or DC Ecosystem players (Consultants and Enterprise)
- Proven track record in meeting individual quarterly and annual sales targets Strong leadership skills working with cross-BU sales team and functional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Let us learn about you!
