Key Responsibilities
- The role of the Global Design Firm Account Leader will have a mission to grow pipeline, improve commercial hit rates and increase engagement with our largest and most strategic Global Design Firm accounts.
- They will do this through engaging senior leaders with a consulting and partnership led value proposition in their nominated accounts.
- Additionally, they will also use their expertise to support country Design Firm teams with respect to account excellence and lead important strategic initiatives connected to large Design Firms for their nominated region.
Requirements
- Own the strategic account management plan for nominated Global Design Firm accounts in a defined region to grow SE (Schneider Electric) pipeline, specified project hit rates and deliver a differentiated customer experience.
- 10+ years Account Management Experience – Successfully managed and grown large, complex accounts and built new senior client relationships.
- 5+ years Channel Experience – Understanding how to influence and win opportunities for SE through a channel.
- Education - Engineering Degree or equivalent technical experience
- Travel – Ability to travel internationally
- International experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams and diverse markets
