Key Responsibilities

  • Develop communication plans and convey information to the public via audio and visual means.
  • Monitor social media channels to identify trends and potential service issues.
  • Provide situation updates and alternative travel advice to enhance commuters’ experience during delays.
  • Liaise effectively with external agencies regarding service matters.
  • Generate fault requests to relevant internal departments.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in making public train announcements in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • High level of motivation and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking capability.
