Senior Accountant, Finance (FP&A) responsible for analyzing monthly financial results, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, providing business insights, and ensuring compliance and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse monthly financial results and business drivers and provide supporting commentary on variances between actual and budget/forecast
- Manage and prepare the annual budgeting process and analyse economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts
- Partner with business units to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
- Provide market and business insights and support financial modelling for business proposals or decision making
- Assist in implementing governance and internal controls initiatives, strengthening current controls and improving finance processes and systems
- Perform CAPEX and profitability evaluation on projects to ensure cost efficiency and value creation
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Planning, or Financial Analysis
- Strong analytical skills with keen business sense and attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Team player with a continual learning mindset
- Demonstrated integrity and strong business ethics
