Key Responsibilities
- Steer a team of consultants, technical architects, and engineers towards successful execution of digital banking projects.
- Bridge the gap between project engagement team and client team.
- Coordinate with technology-focused team, manage project timeline, scope, and dependencies.
- Act as Voice of the Customer, linking client technology team with EY technical team.
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, banking app user adoption, banking trends, digital trends, and technical trends (APIs, payment standards).
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in Thai Retail Banking industry, with focus on digital/mobile banking initiatives.
- Experience with relevant FinTech ecosystems and system integration.
- Academic background in Engineering, IT, Finance or Banking.
- Successful delivery leadership of large-scale banking technology projects.
- Track record dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in Thai and English language.
