Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate migration/modernization & AI initiatives via thought leadership and data.
- Drive definition and adoption of goals, programs, and tooling across Tech team.
- Track and report all key performance indicators, efficiency, and trend analyses.
- Collaborate with senior operations managers across areas and geos for best practices.
- Ensure consistent execution by working with internal partners to drive global standards.
- Plan all-hands, learning sessions, offsites to build inclusive culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience developing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, policies.
- Preferred: Experience with complex data analysis and presenting to senior leadership.
- Preferred: Experience in high-growth technology company.
