Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for the ASEAN region to support sales leaders by executing rhythm of business, providing business insights, optimizing processes, and developing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute ASEAN's Rhythm of Business and operating cadences
- Develop and provide business insights and recommendations to senior management
- Design, implement, and manage business processes, systems, reports, and strategies
- Improve reporting tools, methods, and processes to increase data availability and granularity
- Support teams in developing growth strategies, programs, initiatives, and execution plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience (preferred)
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company (preferred)
