Amazon Ads is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager with Korean language skills to build and run regional marketing infrastructure for Asia. The role involves business development in Korea, creating multi-channel campaigns, and leading regional marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business development in Korea for endemic sellers and non-endemic companies in leveraging Amazon's full funnel capabilities (including Display, Video and Audio)
- Build and own key regional marketing programs in APAC to assist Asia-based sellers expand globally with the right tools and mindset of Ads
- Build regional marketing infrastructure, including but not limited to marketing content development, training and partnership programs.
- Set up working models with internal teams to collaborate on marketing reach-out to Amazon sellers and non-Amazon selling companies (non-endemic)
- Optimize against key metrics including CTR, open rates, and advertisers registered
- Manage a continuous, meticulously planned and documented testing plan to continually improve performance of the channels
Requirements
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Korean
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
