Key Responsibilities
- Develop inventive content approaches that turn APJC wins into compelling stories to shift perception and drive investment decisions.
- Design communications governance systems that balance centralized excellence with local agility across APJC.
- Establish vetting criteria, approval workflows, and measurement frameworks for executive communications to ensure narrative consistency.
- Introduce fresh storytelling formats and creative angles to make leadership communications memorable.
- Champion AI‑first content creation to scale impact while freeing capacity for higher‑order strategic work.
- Act as a strategic partner, providing leaders with talking points for global engagements and converting executive visits into co‑sponsored content moments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional communications or public relations experience, including executive‑level verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to independently set communications strategy, build messaging frameworks, and craft original strategic narratives.
- Experience navigating sensitive organizational changes and leadership transitions, drafting change‑management communications with HR/Legal.
- Experience managing executive speaking‑engagement pipelines, vetting, prioritizing, and developing content across formats (keynotes, all‑hands, external forums).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI tools to scale communications impact and optimize content development workflows (preferred).
