Senior-level role leading field enablement programs across APJ for AWS sales teams. Responsible for designing and executing training, onboarding, and go-to-market enablement initiatives that accelerate sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Combines strategic program design with tactical implementation, working cross-functionally with global teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design enablement plans that accelerate field skills and sales effectiveness
- Implement enablement programs individually and with cross-functional teams
- Develop business enablement resources for specific sales verticals
- Support go-to-market motions and onboarding programs
- Drive ongoing learning efforts for sales teams
- Execute programs that enable account teams to accelerate sales pipelines
- Work closely with Worldwide Field Enablement Team, Industry sales teams, and cross-functional leads
- Examine existing business practices and identify new initiatives for time-savings and increased sales effectiveness
- Align technology solutions with customer missions while enhancing overall sales effectiveness
- Establish positive customer relationships with new and tenured sales employees
Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 5+ years of a combination of relevant experience serving sales and business development organizations
- Project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience within organizations supporting sales, technical sales, or direct sales experience
- Experience with AI technologies and implementing related enablement programs
- Strong expertise in modern sales methodologies
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of customer-centric approaches
