Senior-level role leading field enablement programs across APJ for AWS sales teams. Responsible for designing and executing training, onboarding, and go-to-market enablement initiatives that accelerate sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Combines strategic program design with tactical implementation, working cross-functionally with global teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design enablement plans that accelerate field skills and sales effectiveness
  • Implement enablement programs individually and with cross-functional teams
  • Develop business enablement resources for specific sales verticals
  • Support go-to-market motions and onboarding programs
  • Drive ongoing learning efforts for sales teams
  • Execute programs that enable account teams to accelerate sales pipelines
  • Work closely with Worldwide Field Enablement Team, Industry sales teams, and cross-functional leads
  • Examine existing business practices and identify new initiatives for time-savings and increased sales effectiveness
  • Align technology solutions with customer missions while enhancing overall sales effectiveness
  • Establish positive customer relationships with new and tenured sales employees

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • 5+ years of a combination of relevant experience serving sales and business development organizations
  • Project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience within organizations supporting sales, technical sales, or direct sales experience
  • Experience with AI technologies and implementing related enablement programs
  • Strong expertise in modern sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of customer-centric approaches
