Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing relationships with strategic Fuse partners and lead the design and execution of short/medium-term growth campaigns
  • Deliver partner growth goals (PD60 and other KPIs) across offers and customer segments
  • Build scalable GTM programs leveraging Prime Video content, seasonal tentpoles (Prime Day, major launches), and partner marketing channels
  • Partner with BD on marketing commitments, Finance on goal setting, and Tech/Product on tools that drive efficiency (e.g., Kochava, Rocketium)
  • Track and report on campaign results, identify root causes, and recommend performance optimizations
  • Maintain account and campaign accuracy in Lift-analyzer and other tracking systems
  • Lead or co-own regional or global initiatives related to marketing automation, data reporting, or process optimization
  • Represent Fuse in partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership updates; prepare materials and performance summaries for executive review

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives
  • Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
  • Proven record of delivering results through strategic partnerships and growth marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset and startup mentality
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
