Senior Field Enablement Leader for AWS ProServe across APJC, responsible for designing and executing enablement programs that equip consultants, architects, sales, and delivery teams with knowledge, skills, and AI-powered tools to drive customer outcomes and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive enablement roadmap for APJC ProServe leadership, aligned to global priorities and regional business needs, including AI transformation, agentic solutions, and ProServe delivery excellence
- Lead enablement programs end-to-end — from ideation and design through execution and measurement — including mandatory training campaigns, certification compliance, solution launches, and skills development initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders across APJC and global WWFE teams to ensure alignment on enablement priorities, headcount planning, and resource allocation
- Champion the integration of AI-powered tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSuite) into enablement workflows, driving adoption and productivity improvements across the ProServe APJC organization
- Manage and drive compliance for mandatory certifications
- Support and localize global enablement campaigns for the APJC region
- Provide regular enablement updates, compliance reporting, and program impact analysis to APJC ProServe leadership
- Establish and maintain a cadence of enablement activities aligned to ProServe's operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, monthly reporting, and weekly execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 4+ years of professional work experience, or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
- Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
