The Partner Success Specialist scales AWS customer success methodologies across the partner ecosystem to drive business outcomes and value realization. This role involves architecting frameworks, enabling partners to build customer success capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS' long-term growth objectives
- Design and adapt CS CoE's 'Activate to Advocate' framework for partner implementation
- Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks
- Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners
- Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led customer outcomes
- Enable partners to build and scale their customer success practices by demonstrating how capabilities impact their business model
- Deploy customer health frameworks and intervention strategies through partner channels
- Build adoption, change management and stakeholder engagement toolkits
- Establish mechanisms to measure and track partner-led customer value realization
- Partner with PDMs and Sales to drive adoption of success frameworks and industry-specific success playbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own
- Proven track record of implementing value realization frameworks at scale
- Deep expertise in partner enablement and post-sale value delivery
- Strong program management and operational excellence capabilities
- Proven ability to influence and drive change across complex organizations
- Experience working with enterprise partners and cloud services
- Experience using AI to automate and scale work more effectively
- Knowledge of key technology and market trends
- Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Experience working with Global System Integrators or strategic technology partners
- Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise digital transformation
