Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Startup executives and technical teams on AWS adoption.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex customer data challenges.
- Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to build reference architectures and solutions.
- Drive revenue pipeline and secure lighthouse customers through technical thought leadership.
- Gather critical feedback from Startups to inform AWS product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of data engineering experience
- 5+ years customer-facing experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and building comprehensive data strategies, including architecting data lakes, implementing data engineering best practices, and advising customers on modern data platform approaches
- Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Technical Executive capacity
- Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers
- Cloud expertise as demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications
