About the role
The role supports EY's Climate Change and Sustainability Services Assurance practice, helping clients identify, measure, and manage climate‑related business and reporting risks. The senior associate/manager leads client engagements, develops practice capabilities, and contributes to business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients to identify, measure, and manage their business and reporting risks related to changing government environmental regulations and sustainability trends
- Accurately analyse client issues and opportunities, deploying EY account management frameworks and growth platforms to build constructive dialogue with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth and development of the CCaSS practice by taking operational responsibility and accountability for engagement team support and delivery
Requirements
- Communicate EY's scope of services and provide guidance in delivery of Climate Change & Sustainability Services, especially on complex technical sustainability reporting and advisory matters
- Partner with clients to identify and diagnose needs and cross‑sell services
- Complete high‑level technical reports and proposals
- Manage complex technical issues within the technical discipline area
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice in sustainability
- Proven track record in managing large and complex projects
- Undertake key account management for major clients
- Excellent business development skills
- Degree in business, engineering, accounting, or a sustainability‑related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in audit or large dynamic organisations and Climate Change & Sustainability consulting
- Strong knowledge and interest in sustainability topics
- Extensive experience leading team‑based environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project and personnel management abilities
