Key Responsibilities
- Expand the client base through cold calling and tenders
- Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and exceed service expectations
- Attend to and follow up on client requests, queries, and feedback
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Perform administrative duties to support ad‑hoc marketing projects
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the energy/utilities industry (more experienced candidates considered)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated and a good team player
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
