Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Rewards professional to join the team.
- In this role, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of high impact rewards programmes that are aligned with and support the Company's strategic objectives, as it continues its transformation journey towards becoming a leading global asset manager and operator.
- Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes aligned with the Company's rewards philosophy and strategic objectives to enable a high performance culture
- Support the Remuneration Committees of listed entities on executive compensation matters
- Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness through robust benchmarking and analytical insights
- Oversee incentive programmes including short- and long- term incentive and share based plans to align reward outcomes with long term value creation
Requirements
- Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills;
- Solid experience in executive compensation matters;
- Minimum 15 years of relevant rewards experience;
- Degree holder in any discipline; HR- related qualifications preferred.
