Key Responsibilities
- This is a key role in Keppel Fund Management & Investment, Infrastructure team that focuses on our investment activities in the regional market and managing the end-to end investment process.
- The key areas of responsibilities include originating potential deals, structuring and executing deal.
- The key objective of this role will be to contribute to the delivery of maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns for the business.
- The successful candidate will possess superior analytical skills, commercial acumen and a high level of strategic thinking capacity.
- In addition, he or she is expected to have strong analytical and written (as well as verbal) presentation skills.
- Assist senior management in fund raising activities To undertake the analyzing, originating, structuring, negotiating, recommending and when approved, closing new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation, in accordance to the Investment Strategy mandated by the Investment Committee.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant investment experience in fund management or corporate finance/M&A in corporate principal investment team, specialising in power, energy and/or infrastructure Strong academic qualifications Proficient with market and industry research in infrastructure, or other private equity assets Very hands-on and detailed-orientated, willing and able to get hands dirty, strong financial modelling skills Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability The ability to make effective investment and asset management decisions Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well with different functions and levels Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills.
