Engineer / Technical Officer / Technician for Facility Management in a Data Center. Responsibilities include maintaining positive client relationships, managing daily operations of critical M&E systems, conducting walkthroughs, and ensuring subcontractor compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with clients
- Respond to customer service requests and emergency calls
- Assist in daily management of DC Operations and Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and report faults
- Monitor FOC, respond to alarms, and contain faults
- Ensure subcontractor induction and compliance with safety procedures
Requirements
- ITE/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment
- Experience with automatic control equipment and building management systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in a data center or Critical Environment
- Able to work rotating shifts and on weekends/public holidays
