It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. Keppel South Central is a brand new Prime Grade Office Building located in Tanjong Pagar. This internship opportunity provides meaningful hands-on learning opportunities for selected interns to understand, experience and learn about asset management and building operations. This internship role is a dual role covering 2 key aspects of running and managing the asset: 1)
- Operations. The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Be fully involved in the asset operations in Keppel South Central, including but not limited to conducting iewings/visits by prospective tenants, engage and service existing tenants on their building and space requirements.
- Manage and work with the outsourced facilities management companies to ensure that the building runs well befitting of a brand new prime grade building bearing Keppel's name.
- Engage the external property consultants such as JLL, CBRE and Savills to build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants.
- Assist in driving operation excellence by reviewing existing standard operating procedures such as tenant fitout guide, leasing processes etc to provide meaningful ideas that may provide value to process improvements.
Requirements
- Interest in Asset Management and Building Operations.
- Exposure to real estate or property management is beneficial.
- Proactive approach to service delivery and operational upkeep.
