Key Responsibilities

  • As Subject Matter Expert, Security , you will be responsible for managing physical security operations, defining security procedures, handling data centre (DC) security incidents, working with security system, participating in construction projects and to drive day-to-day process improvement activities. Duties include ensuring consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures and participate in re-occurring DC audits and reviews. Manage the on-site operational physical security of the data centres including but not limited to access control systems, CCTV systems, processes and procedures, security guard force management, security vendor management, risk assessment & management, security metrics reporting, security audits and incident reporting Prepare and conduct training for appointed security agency's security personnel Implement, manage and continuously enhance the Global Visitor Management System (GVMS) to increase system usability & availability for all data centres, adhering to PDPA / GDPR / equivalent standard Plan and execute Security related projects for the data centres Drive projects pertaining to standardization, implementation and enhancement of security infrastructure for the data centres Partner the Process Architect to continuously develop, implement and improve security and compliance policies to ensure security requirements are adhered to Perform internal security audits and support the Certification Team and the Compliance Team on security matters pertaining for external audits Identify, investigate and/or resolve security incidents Prepare incident reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, violations of regulations, policies and procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn
